Every treasury action a mind reports — buybacks, burns, rewards — comes with a transaction. VITALS pulls that transaction from the Solana chain and checks it happened, succeeded, and moved the SOL the mind said it moved. Receipts, not trust.
Cognometric readout
The mind's thoughts, plans and decisions are graded for consistency (does it do what it said), confidence calibration (is it sure when it should be), sycophancy (is it flattering holders), drift (is it wandering off mission) and coherence (do its numbers add up).
